Spilled Milk: A Review by DeannyD

Imagine my surprise and delight to discover this unexpected, lovely review of our Spilled Milk fragrance from a lady named Deanny who runs a wonderful perfume and fashion website, ByDeannyD.com. Before I get to her review, I want to point out how she creates beautiful graphics on her site and dives into the art of making everything look nice, from table decor suggestions to Amazon finds to practical-minded gift guides. Clearly, she’s thought of everything and has a great sense of humour. (“The Best Christmas Gifts for Him That Won’t End Up in Storage”!!!). She nails it! Take a look at her suggestions! Where can I start? That smart desk lamp, insulated whiskey glass, pizza oven and Marshall amp?!
In addition to the eye-candy layouts she’s created, I’m impressed by her site’s clean-looking format. It’s a pleasure to click through. The best part of course, if you’re a fragrance fanatic, are her fragrance reviews.
I wasn’t aware of her review until I decided to slide under the inner workings of my website to perform a tune-up. That’s when I spotted a link to her page. To my surprise, she’s included Spilled Milk in her roster of the 10 Best Milky Perfumes That Smell Like Heaven in a Bottle. I’m deeply honoured.
Air & Weather is an independent artisanal perfumery where every fragrance is personally crafted by me. While we haven’t yet expanded to retail locations (the creative process has kept me wonderfully busy!), this exclusivity means something special for you!
When you order from our website, your fragrance comes directly from the hands that created it. Each parcel is thoughtfully prepared and shipped with meticulous attention to detail. I pour the same dedication into packaging and delivery as I do into formulating each unique scent.
This personal connection matters deeply to me. I genuinely value every client and reviewer who experiences Air & Weather fragrances, and I strive to ensure that appreciation shines through in every aspect of your shopping experience.
Thank you Deanny!

A Lovely Review of 28 Flower

28 Flower by Air & Weather is a fragrance inspired by my walks through Manhattan’s historic Flower District. My aim was to evoke the scent of stepping inside a florist shop filled with dewy blooms. You can also easily imagine the humid freshness and intensity of a botanical conservatory popping with color. Naturally, who better than a Manhattan florist to weigh in? I’m pleased to present this lovely review from James Francois-Pijuan, the founder flowermuseum.org
“As a florist with over 25 years of experience, this fragrance captures the essence of the season rather than just the individual blooms. Each spray evokes a symphony of nature’s finest moments – I can’t stop smelling it. Simply amazing.”
Please visit his website and insta @nycflowermuseum to browse through the amazing research he’s done on the forgotten history of this amazing part of Manhattan because it’s filled with vibrant photos and stories that convey all the reasons why so many come to NYC to explore and discover.
And come experience 28 Flower yourself with the purchase of a deluxe 3 ml sample!

Introducing Air & Weather’s 28 Flower Fragrance

28 Flower smells like walking into a florist shop and a flower nursery. The inspiration comes from my weekly walks along Manhattan’s historic Flower Market District since this past autumn. Located on 28th between 6th & 7th Avenues, the market at its busiest in the early morning. You’ll find trucks unloading wares whilst professional florists swoop in to make their pick-ups. As for 28 Flower, the fragrance opens with the market’s soul: a hint of rich soil dampened with mineral water. Heart notes of just-cut stems emerge along with the morning fog rolling in off the Hudson. Green notes of crushed leaves and tender shoots mingle with the earthy undertones of the fertile soil. Lastly, a lush bouquet unfolds. Imagine armfuls of fresh peonies, garden roses, hyacinth, freesia, violets and lilies. 28 Flower creates an intoxicating floral chorus with their petals still beaded with moisture. The fragrance is available in 1 fl. oz. and .33 fl. oz sizes, as well as a 5 ml perfume mini.

A New Review of Ralegh Gold Review and Spilled Milk

Thank you to to Jaymee Patrice for her reviews of Ralegh Gold and Spilled Milk. Jaymee heads The Gourmand Lounge on Facebook, THE comprehensive, go-to place when it comes to coverage of gourmand fragrances:
“I got the honor or trying out two fragrances from Air & Weather, and I’m so excited to share my thoughts. Let’s first start off with Ralegh Gold. If you like fragrances like Angel’s Share, you will enjoy this one. I was completely shocked that I loved this one as much as I do and I will be buying a full bottle ASAP.
Beauty News NYC, New York’s oldest online beauty magazine, describes Ralegh Gold as a “sumptuous amber.” This fragrance opens up with beautiful top notes of rum-soaked dried dates with heart notes of tea-like pipe tobacco, English walnuts, blackstrap molasses and Turkish chestnuts. The base notes are cocoa, rum, agarwood and spices. This fragrance changed so much throughout the wear, and in my opinion, the dry down is the absolute best part.
“This is a quality fragrance, perfect for this time of the year. It’s unisex, in my opinion. I think this would smell great on anyone. I’m really enjoying this one. Imagine Proad cherry syrup minus the cherry. This is what the dry down smells like to me. I know this is a gourmand group, and this isn’t your “traditional” gourmand, and to be honest, I really didn’t think I was going to enjoy this fragrance as much as I do, so please don’t judge the notes. Try it out for yourself. I’m gonna be honest and say I like this better than Angel’s Share. I really do.
“Now, let’s talk about the gourmand perfume from this brand: Spilled Milk. This is a creamy, smooth and milky gourmand with notes of sugar, warm cream, milk, almond, silk, hay, toffee, vanilla, honey and sandalwood. This perfume was made by perfumer Julia Crowe, inspired by her time spent in Ireland.
I am a gourmand girly, and I love a good milk fragrance, and this is beyond good. It’s very comforting, very addictive and can be work all year round. It dries down to a beautiful vanilla scent. Beauty News NYC rated Spilled Milk as a Top Indie Pick for 2024, and I can see why. If you love a good milky, creamy and sugary perfume but not too sweet, then this is for you.
“I will say that I really love both of these fragrances, but my favorite is Ralegh Gold. It’s more complex. Now I know Spilled Milk is supposed to be a lighter scent, but I got 6 hours wear out of it. With Ralegh Gold, I got about 7- almost 8. The projection on these two fragrances is really good, but RG projects a little louder. You should definitely check out their website and try these out for yourself. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’m really blown away by how good they are.”
