Do you have a store that I can visit in person?
Air & Weather is an online store only at this time. If there’s a shop in your area that you think would be a good fit for our fragrances, please feel free to send them our way!
How can I obtain a sample?
We offer 2 kinds of samples: an 3 ml alcohol-based spray vial for $14.50 reimbursable toward the purchase of a full-sized bottle within 2 months of purchase. FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS, we offer a 1 ml oil-based vial for $14.50 because overseas shipment of alcohol-based fragrances is highly restricted. If you are an overseas buyer, please contact us for instructions.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are happy to report that Air & Weather’s fragrances are vegan, cruelty-free and not tested on animals. (The honey note in the Linden fragrance is not real honey but a trompe-nez “fool-the-nose” effect.)
Our fragrance formula contains natural ingredients such as tuberose and orange blossom, and our products are made from raw materials that are not of animal origin. We use advanced laboratory technology in compliance with industry regulatory standards to keep our formulas consistent, stable and safe for use on your skin.
A few gentle reminders: fragrance products are for external use only. Do not spray near an open flame or apply near the eyes or mouth. Keep away from children.
When will my order ship?
Usually, orders ship within 2-3 days of sale. You will be notified and updated immediately with receipt of an email confirmation that includes your delivery tracking details and the name of the carrier where you can track your shipment.

do you ship internationally?
Perfume oil-based fragrances are the items we can ship internationally at this time. Unfortunately, few carriers permit overseas shipment of alcohol-based products. Please contact us with your query as our page is not currently configured to process international shipments due to the maze of VAT, customs fees and tariff codes that vary from country to country.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Alcohol-based perfumes cannot be overnighted or shipped using air transportation due to restrictions. UPS Ground is standard for alcohol-based perfumes. If you would like an oil-based fragrance to be overnighted, please email your request. Overnighted shipments will be subject to a $5.00 additional handling fee.
I Think my order was lost in the mail!
Delays are to be expected during busy shipping seasons, especially around the holidays and during periods of inclement weather. This means that tracking may not update regularly, if at all, or original delivery date estimates may not be met. Unfortunately, such delays are beyond our control. Most packages are delivered safely, in spite of any delays. If your tracking number stalls and has not updated in more than a full week, please contact us. We’ll be happy to assist in any way that we can!
Do you combine shipping on orders?
If you have an open order and would like to combine it with a new order, please email us with the order dates and order numbers that you would like to combine. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate combined shipping in all instances, but we will make every effort to assist. In the event that we do combine your orders, any excess shipping charges will be credited back to you once your orders have shipped.
can I get my order gift-wrapped?
We offer the choice to add a free gift wrapping of brown kraft paper. Either color choice will be wrapped a cotton cord.
What is Your return policy?
Please note all of our fragrances are handmade to-order and may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Due to the subjective nature of fragrance, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on the dislike of a scent. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase fragrance SAMPLES prior to committing to the purchase of a full-size product. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition.
In the rare event that a bottle arrives damaged or defective, please notify us ASAP for a replacement. We are happy to offer returns and exchanges for our stationery goods items. If your item is defective damaged during transport, or the incorrect item was shipped, please email us within (7) business days of the date your order is received. Provide your name, order number, description of the issue, and attach clear photographs of the incorrect or damaged item. If your item is no longer in stock, we will gladly refund you.
how should I store my fragrance? How long will it last?
Fragrances should be stored in a cool, dark spot away from direct sunlight or sources of extreme heat—so not in the bathroom or near a radiator or source of heat. Provided you store your fragrance safely, you can expect it to last around 2 years. Alcohol-based parfums last many years if properly stored and often improve with age.
